Nice good size house in great neighborhood. I don’t need this much space to myself. Its a three bedroom but I am only looking for one roommate. I can either rent the master bedroom which a big room with an attached big bathroom with separate tub with jets, separate shower, dual sinks, enclosed toilet room and giant walk in closet or I can rent one of the small rooms and you will still get a walk in closet and a small private bathroom. Either way you will have access to a storage shed which is not being used, garage, washer dryer, fenced back yard and of course all the common areas. 420 friendly but I don’t smoke very often. The master is $800 plus utilities and the smaller room is $550 utilities included which includes broadband internet.

Insurance broker. Love fishing, foraging, board game nights and bike riding. Just looking for someone who is clean and respectful.
