Adam's room

I rent a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house in Bend. It has a spare room for a home office. I have most rooms furnished with my things: home office, one spare room is furnished for the rare visiting family/friend, kitchen furnished, living room, garage has a little home gym and tools. There are essentially 2 rooms that are available, along with the bathroom on that side of the house. I imagine 1 room on the end would be your room, and the other next to it is for any overflow storage, since the garage doesn’t have a ton of extra space. Room is available December 1st, but I put January 1st, merely because that’s when my annual lease renews. I’ve been here 4 years, and majority of it lived alone. New dog is the reason I’m looking for a roommate; to help out a bit.

I’m looking for someone clean/tidy/respectful, who is up for some dog support. I have a 1 year old dog, who goes to work with me some days and daycare other days. I have a really busy spring, so I need someone who can help cover the bases on picking up the pup by 5:30PM, and helping feed/watch them until I’m back from home that evening. Doesn’t have to be every day, but the more help available during my busy season, the more appreciable I am. Any questions about me or the place, don’t hesitate. Let me know if these verification checks would be helpful. I’m a CPA, so I’m pretty boring.
