Joe's room

I am looking for someone to take over my half of the lease in a 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome in Costa Mesa near South Coast Plaza. Rent is $1700, utilities included. The lease is up July 2024.
-Bedroom with private bath
-washer dryer in unit
-Central air and heating
-furnished; the living and dining room furniture is staying; the bedroom furniture (mattress, box spring, dresser, easel, drawing horse, drafting table) can stay or be removed
-private back patio
-off street, uncovered parking
-full kitchen access, no cooking restrictions

My roommate is an older gentlemen who works roughly 7-4 Mon-Fri. When he is home, he spends almost all of his time in his room except for eating his meals and doing laundry. He is normally in bed around 8. He is very quiet, respectful, and easy to live with.
