Furnishings include a full -size bed, desk, and closets for clothes.

Youll have your own refrigerator and shelves for food storage. No additional charge for utilities or use of washer & dryer. The kitchen is shared.

A large new deck has been added for comfort and seating around a firepit. Or a swing to look over natural surroundings with great views. House is surrounded by Scrub Oak and Pine trees overlooking a Park and homes in a distance that are 5 to 10 acres lots.

Home boast wireless high-speed internet, fireplace and large flat screen TV w/ surround sound and movies for your entertainment. The recreational room on the lower level offers a pool table, ping-pong table and air hockey. The lower bedroom is set up as a Gym with 5 large products to stay in shape. Tread Mill, Upper Body machine, Easy Glider for upper and lower body, Bow Flex and last, I have to explain. This device can be configured for multiple exercises. You can pull your weight for upper body or push like doing pushups while lower body is more like leg presses.

No smoking, no drinking, no loud parties. NO pets… preferably looking for a female roommate as I had better luck, w/ similar Christian values and appreciates a clean environment. I do have occasional get togethers at the house as I lead a Christian Singles group.
