Private room but shared bathroom with another male tenant. Full access to kitchen, living room, garage, washer and dryer, backyard and driveway/ street parking. Room is not furnished but the living room and kitchen are ready to go and don’t need any further contributions however, feel free to bring your personal things is preferred :)

4 of us currently live here and consists of me, my boyfriend, and our 2 friends (males). Environment is laid back and friendly. We do have a dog who is well trained. Everyone is between ages 26-32. We are all clean and respectful and would like to not only have a roommate but a friend too! I am currently in school pursing my PharmD degree. My boyfriend is a chemist now running his own business. 1 of our roommates works in biotech and the other on base. 3 of us are CSUCI alumni. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
