Aja's room

My name is Aja (pronounced Aesha), & I am a 31 year old female. I have a beautiful large 3 story home located in Stockbridge, GA. Complete w/ a finished basement, in-ground pool, private lake access, and more.

There are 4 rooms upstairs. The master bedroom (my room), a furnished guest room, a miscellaneous room that was originally a kids room but you are welcome to use as a more private home office / etc. I also have a beautiful home office located on the main level (2nd floor) overlooking the pool.. that you are welcome to work in / add your own desk if you are remote.

The room I have for rent is large & overlooking the backyard / pool with large windows giving it tons of natural light. A private, newly remodeled bathroom is included as well. With his & her sinks for couples. I am gone most of the time for work in other states so you would primarily have the entire upstairs to yourself.

All utilities are included in rent price. Rent+ Water, Gas, electric, tv & wifi, trash, etc. I also have cameras in the front & back of my house for extra security. Parking available as well.

I live in a very safe, quiet, beautiful HOA neighborhood w/ night cameras, etc. for additional safety & your peace of mind. There is a large private residents only lake directly in front of my home.

Also located right next to the well known panola mountain trail. My location is great for people who like the outdoors, hiking, biking, fishing, etc. Its a wonderful peaceful place away from the city while still only 35 mins from Atlanta. Best of both worlds!

I have been living here by myself for the past 6+ months, but I travel often for work & need room mates to vacate the home.

As of this month, I have had a couple & their new born baby (they are family of mine)- move into the newly done basement. They have 1 dog (who is friendly) & they collectively live/stay down there for the most part. The male room mate works during the week & the female is currently a stay at home mom, to the best (& insanely quiet) new nephew of mine :)

I have 2 dogs as well that travel with me, so they will not be there often unless I am home on weekends. They also are extremely friendly / love people. I have a fenced in backyard for them / future tenants.
