My home is located in very quiet new neighborhoods. The home has a great deal of space. Note that I offer a home share situation so while you would have youre own room, private bathroom and use of the kitchen and laundry, I live upstairs and I have a short term tenant who rents a room upstairs who will depart in the next few months. I do travel, so sometimes you would have the whole home to yourself. I don’t mind a small dog but a pet deposit is required since your potential space has carpet. I have a huge yard for them to play. I am self employed and other tenant works from home doing IT. We are quiet, single yet fun and easy going. I travel often so there are times where you would enjoy the space alone.
