Hello! I’m looking to fill my room by the first of November!

Located in tigard, 5 minute walk to downtown!

The Room is $922 a month plus utilities. price is for each of us

Utilities:

Internet: 25 Garbage: 15 Electricity/water/gas: around 100. Higher in winter

It’s a month to month lease. Security is $500

Communal kitchen And living room and bathroom. Full washer and dryer in unit.

*Must pass credit and background check. *

No cats. Maybe a very small dog. We can discuss it if need be.

About myself: My name is sparky! Im a dog groomer and like to relax at home and make yummy food after work and just watch movies and chill with my dog. I work from Tuesday to Friday 8 to about 2 or 3. I usually chill at home on the weekends. I dont drink at all, only flower. Really easy to get along with.

Looking for: clean, chill, 420 friendly, preferably not having alot of people over. Quiet down to earth individual.
