The apartment building is located in downtown Denver, just two blocks away from the Auraria campus. Everything is within a short walk from Target to Union Station. There are so many amazing amenities such as a year round rooftop patio, seasonal rooftop pool, a Starbucks connected to the building where residents receive a discount, and a state of the art gym. Utilities and internet are including, you just pay rent. The room includes a fully furnished private bedroom which comes with a full size bed frame, mattress, 4 dresser drawers, a desk, a desk chair, and a closet. There are two bathrooms which means you would share with one of your roommates. There is a full kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a living room that has a couch, chair, coffee table, and a free tv. The apartment is considered “premium flooring” with amazing views of both the city and the mountains. You also have access to a mail box and lockers for your packages which is super convenient.

I am currently a student at CU Denver, however at semester I will be transferring to go back home. My three roommates, or your potential future roommates, are amazing. Two are from the Denver area and the other is from the small town I grew up in. They love to explore the city, we go to weekly pilates and try different book stores to study. All of my roommates have been wanting a dog so don’t shy away if you have pets!
