Hello! The property is a three bedroom two bathroom house. The bathroom included with the room will be the unshared one, so you will have your own private bathroom included with the room. The room is currently furnished but will be unfurnished upon my departure. The photos are from when I first moved in. The house has a beautiful overlook of the water and is amazing for sunrises and long walks. The photo of the sunrise is taken directly from the room, so expect that to be your view every morning(quite amazing). The neighborhood is also very safe and beautiful.

Hi! My name is Jeanette I am one of the roommates! I recently got engaged and will be leaving to San Diego with my fiancé. I work for the department of defense and so does the other roommate. We are unfortunately only looking for women right now, and would prefer them to be either military/DOD/Contractor affiliated. The current tenants who you will be living with are both very organized, clean, and professional, but love to party down in NewPort when they aren’t busy!
