One private bedroom available in a two bedroom condo, the building contains 25 condo units total. Condo is located within walking distance of downtown Lynn and Lynn Beach, with Nahant being a bike ride away. The rent will cover everything except electricity and internet, there is currently fiber optic internet with option to have ethernet hookup. The room is furnished with a futon, table, and a small dresser is available, or it can come unfurnished if desired. Common areas are already furnished including flat screen TV, pullout couch, and kitchen appliances. There is ample street parking around the building (no permit required), coin operated laundry in the basement, and private storage unit in the basement. Small pets allowed, but subject to per pet basis.

I am the current owner and occupier of the condo, I’m looking to have the second bedroom filled. I’ve been told I am easy to get along with, relatively chill and go with the flow kind of person. I do keep common areas of the place as clean and organized as possible. I like to spend my time out with friends, at the beach when it’s warm, chilling inside playing video games, or enjoying music whether it be live or on my own. I cook/bake quite a bit, and I always make way too much for just myself so I share frequently. I’m 420 friendly, and wouldn’t mind others to be either, as long as any smoking be kept outside and not in the unit. Looking for like minded people to live and get along with, as long as rent is on time and you are also respectful of others there won’t ever be an issue.
