4-bedroom townhouse with two full bathrooms and a backyard. Located in the Culver City art district, close to bus stops and the metro. we live next to a park and a lot of good restaurants and bars that are within walking distance, we are only 5 minutes away from downtown Culver. The room up for rent faces the backyard so it’s peaceful and quiet. Wi-Fi is $35 a month and the energy bill varies from month to month. those are the only two other bills that the house has. About the roomies, currently, there are only two roomies, Juan and Spencer we like to keep the house clean and smelling good, we have a cleaning chart so if you don’t like to clean this is not the place for you. Juan and Spencer are both college graduates, Juan works in post-production and Spencer is in sales. they are both pretty active people who get along with others great.
