Claudia's room

Small gated community in the Arcadia Lite neighborhood. I have a 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome, 2 are en-suites so you’d have your own bathroom. I have 1 room converted to my office while I worked from home so for an extra $150 per month I can clear that room out so you’d essentially have 2 rooms (good if you work from home!) since I’m back in the office. Both rooms have walk-in closets. All bedrooms are on the second floor, en-suites have a shared balcony.

I’m a HR manager and prefer a quiet clean household. My party days are long gone and spend most my time DIY’ing. Purchased a 100 year old home I go work on almost every weekend in my hometown so I’m really only home during the week. I have 2 one year old cats who are brothers I foster failed last year but they keep to themselves for the most part. I’m hesitant to get locked into a full 1 year lease, ideally someone who is looking for month to month or temporary but if it’s working for both of us would consider longer.
