Peaceful & comfortable 3-bedroom home with walking paths nearby! You have a private bedroom with a hall bathroom shared with home guests/roommate. There is a shared living space that can be used as well. You have full access to the kitchen, use of the pantry, use of the refrigerator, laundry, and back yard.

This is a quiet neighborhood and my home sits near the end of a cul-de-sac. No partying behavior or smoking, that must be done outside. Sorry no pets or couples. You will have on street parking. I am a Christian woman who is trustworthy, honest, clean, and very respectful, who would want the same from a roommate.

There are no overnight guests, I want everyone who lives here to have a safe place to land and for our living space to be peaceful.

You will have access to the outdoor basketball courts, the park, lake, playground, indoor basketball courts, gym and pool area. If you invite a friend to join you, there is a $3.00 charge each day you use the indoor amenities/pool.
