We have one private room available in a 3 room apartment. You will have share a bathroom with one other male. You will have the room in the picture but it will be unfurnished.

We are looking to have someone move in by the month of December. Large living room, clean bathroom you only share with one person. Full kitchen. Washer and Dryer access in the apartment complex. The unit is month to month but we are looking for someone to stay at least 6 months. You have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the complexes parking for $30 a month.

Cable and Electricity are the only bills and they average about $90 a month.

You will have two roommates. Myself (30 year old male) and one current roommate (26 year old male).

I work as a sales advisor in the UTC area and the current roommate works as a Sales Development rep for a company downtown.

We’re both professionals, clean, and respectful of each others space. We are looking for someone who is similar. I’ve used Roomies.com to find a roommate previously and had a good experience.
