About the room
Your room can be furnished or unfurnished, based on your preference.Located 130th and Indiana in Kelsey park, in the Lubbock-Cooper district area. It’s a townhouse type of apartment. 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. You will have your own bathroom but it’s not inside the bedroom. It’s about 20 minutes from the TTU and TTUHSC campus. Near a Domino’s, Rosa’s, Circle K gas station, a United Supermarket, and a Sonic.
Amenities: Dog Park, Washer/Dryer in apartment, Backyard (small), Internet and Cable provided, Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, and Lots of Storage
About the roomies
A couple (22F & 21M) and our dog (Australian Shepherd/Poodle). Both are undergrad students and work part time. I (22F) am a MLS major at TTUHSC, and boyfriend is doing online school for Biochem major.
