Room comes FULLY furnished with adjustable Queen size bed /TV, dresser/night stand. Very comfy bed. You will have your own non-shower bathroom. Shared bathroom is ONLY FOR showering since the bathroom assigned to you is 1/2 bathroom and no shower access.

Located in a cul de sac by a hill top and very safe and family oriented neighborhood. Full access to house amenities. Within 10-15 minutes to the grocery stores, Promenade mall, French valley airport and the freeway.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY, NO COUPLES, NO PETS. Limited one(1)guest overnight stay. Single parent welcome w/visitation from small kid(s) allowed. Proof of income and background checks are required. Security deposit is required and $150 is non-refundable for professional cleaning of the room upon move- out. Month to month lease with at least 30 day notice to move-out.

Roommates are in their 20’s and early 30s. I’m a professional and work in the healthcare. Everyone is nice and respectful. Very professional, NO DRAMA and gets along well. Everyone respects others privacy/space and only minds their own business. Landlord is very understanding and respectful.
