FURNISHED UPSTAIRS bedroom with view of Lake Conroe across the street, on a golf course & walking distance to country club (for dining, fun and gym). Balcony view of the 9th tee box. Month to month/SHORT TERM LEASE available with utilities paid (as long as they stay within avg/normal range). 1/2 bath is right next to room, and full bath is downstairs/which is exclusive to the upstairs renter right now/when it’s just me & you, but there are times when the extra downstairs room could be rented out as well & then the full bath would be shared. W/D is in the garage and parking in the driveway. Prefer tenant to be neat and clean at least with shared rooms (kitchen and living room, etc). Tenant must maintain mailing address other than this rental. No smoking, guns or drugs allowed. Prefer payments must be paid with ZELLE, Venmo or cash.

Right now, it’s just me/the owner (& I think I’m pretty likeable :), but I like things to be kept neat/picked up for the most part, especially in the common rooms and the downstairs bedroom. If you’re a slob, I’m going to want you in the upstairs room-out of sight :)!
