Andy's room

It’s a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to IVC and a 15 minute drive to UCI. Lots of good eats in the area and close to two, soon to be three, big hospitals. We’re about 10 minutes from the great park and have plenty of groceries stores nearby with anything you would need. The room is for a single occupant and for the most part a private bathroom unless we have guests.

We are an engaged couple (Andy and Annie), living in Irvine and we love it here. Andy works at City of Hope in Duarte during the week and comes back home to Annie, a college librarian, during the weekends. We love eating, traveling, hiking, visiting museums, nerd culture, and spending time with the little ones in our families. Annie will be the on-site roomie, for the most part.
