About location: This 2bd/2br is walking distance from the beloved beach, walking distance from a plethora of amazing restaurants/shopping malls, an outdoor track for running, tennis courts, parks, etc.

It’s a resort-style apartment complex with two pools, a jacuzzi, a beautiful courtyard, private bay access, and a restaurant bar on the property that does free room service delivery and even delivers food/drinks while you’re relaxing by the pool.

Guests are welcome. I seldom ever have guests, but will keep them in my room to let common areas be free (I hope you can do the same).

There are plenty of seating areas in the building and in the building courtyard. Feel free to host your events/gatherings in the beautiful available spaces!

The horrid Google reviews reflect the South tower. I live in Central tower which is literally majestic, lovely, quiet, and unproblematic. NO pests whatsoever thank GOD lol. There are absolutely NO roaches, ants, or any insects! Nothing! Super clean and pest-free. I like to keep everything clean so that it stays that way.

About apt owner: I’m an introvert at home who mainly studies and sleeps. I like peaceful, clean, zen vibes with minimal noise. But I’m also friendly and will ask how you’re doing if we’re in common spaces.
