Former military in and out regularly for work and social. I could see myself completely happy with a roommate who wants to be social or wants to keep from themselves.

Unicorn person is military loves pets but does not have any of their own; however, open-minded to another pet if the person is a meticulous cleaner, willing to pay a pet deposit, and the pet can get along with mine. Needs to have great communication skills & be respectful and responsible in general. Opportunities for reduced rent in exchange for occasional animal care. Previous roommate paid on average $400 taking care of pets while I was traveling.
