Located within the serene community of California Renaissance, on a private cul-de-sac, with amenities, is my home. We share the entire home including kitchen, living and family rooms, appliances and yard. The community includes a pool and spa. The home is located minutes away from Aliso Viejo Town Center, near entertainment and new restaurants such as Eureka and Fennel,. The Irvine Spectrum is nearby. We are located near the 5 and 405 freeways as well as the 73 tollroad. Laguna Beach is 10 minutes away, The room is a good size that easily accommodates a queen size bed. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant. Washer and dryer are new and included. 
All utilities, streaming Youtube TV, Netflix, and internet are included in the rent. The room can be furnished for a slight additional fee, if necessary.

I’m an outgoing, active, respectful professional female. My current roommate is a professional, a runner, athletic, gentle, and quiet. I am looking for a roommate that has integrity, respect, and similar values as mine, and someone that will enjoy living in my home and appreciate what it has to offer.

We have 2 small friendly dogs and as such, prefer no other pets. No drugs allowed inside the home. Drug users and heavy drinkers please do not apply. Only social drinkers are welcome. Referrals are required.
