Jean's room

Greetings! We are excited to offer two rooms for rent in a beautiful friendly Fair Oaks neighborhood. Both rooms are large and just refinished, including new floors and fresh paint. Renters will have access to a large kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, washer / dryer, shared BIG bathroom, and large yard. Dog lovers only, as we have a 1 yo, mid size blue heeler.

Our home is a few blocks from shopping and restaurants, a mile from two beautiful parks, and convenient to 50. Only an 8 minute drive to historic downtown Folsom, and downtown Fair Oaks. We are asking $850 per room including utilities.

Outside smoking only, including vaping. No criminal history and proof of income required. Background and criminal check required before signing of paperwork.

Husband and wife own and live in the home with one adult son and the aforementioned dog. We enjoy cooking, watching movies, and just hanging out together. You will be welcome to join us, or not, your preference.
