I live in a 4 bedroom house. I have two bedrooms available for rent. 1 bedroom has a king size bed and a night stand. The other bedroom is unfurnished with a walk- in closet. I have a 3rd bedroom( furnished) with a dresser, very spacious and good for couples; it includes a double closet but price is $1000 if interested. Bathrooms are shared. On street parking available. Very quiet neighborhood with groceries stores nearby & community park close to the house . I like my house clean. No smokers allowed. No pets or kids.No pool just a small backyard. I live 5mins from the freeway. Utilities & housekeepers every two weeks included in the rent. I want a roommate with a reliable income. No guest allowed to spend more than a night.
