SEARCHING FOR: Young Professional Female Age 24-32 No pets as we have 2 medium size dog already. If you like to party - right on, however, we are NOT your peoples. 🙂 No kiddos. Hello! My roommate and I are on the hunt for a lovely lady or two to fill some bedrooms in our 5 bedroom house. The home is located in Patty Jewett on a corner lot with ample off-street/uncovered parking, washer/dryer, lots of storage options and a backyard with a firepit. Common areas are furnished however bedrooms are not! Rent for one person including a basement bedroom and small office room would be $833 without utilities. We would like to throw out the option of renting out the basement bedrooms separately, the smaller being $500 and the larger $600, again without utilities. There is one small bathroom downstairs, it does have shower, this would be a shared bathroom. The size of the bedrooms are not very well depicted in the pictures, I would be happy to do a video tour over messenger.
