Sequoia Street

What I like most about this housing is my roommates, LOCATION, and the rooftop. In pacific beach, this house offers quite a bit of space with a first floor, second floor, rooftop, and in unit laundry. There is also two garages for storage and a patio outside with a grill ( admittedly not used too much). It is walking distance to crown point park/ sail bay, and biking distance to crystal pierr. There’s a reason I have been living here for two years.. it’s a steal. You would be signing onto the lease until May and would have the option to continue on the lease

Hamp and Emma are two officers in the coast guard. Both are about 28-29 years old. They offered me a spot in the house when I was doing travel nursing in San Diego. I have lived with/ known them for two years and consider them great friends, welcoming, and wonderful to share common spaces with ( living room, kitchen, rooftop). Emma occasionally will deploy or travel, and Hamp is all finished with deploying. Hamp is the roommate you will share a bathroom with and I can tell you (as a female) he is cleaner than most females I have lived with. It’s about the best situation you can have with a shared bathroom. My room is on the second floor, as are both Hamp and Emma’s room. Emma has a master suite. Ideally, they are looking for someone that is in the military or a young professional like themselves. Hamp enjoys surfing, volunteering at boy scouts, and staying active. Emma works quite a bit, enjoys netflix and chill, and stays very active. They are both always down to get Baked Bear ( game changer).
