This room will come fully furnished with bedding unless you would like to bring your own. It is a queen sized bed with a four drawer dresser along with a two drawer side table. You will have your own bathroom that will be the bathroom that is used by visiting guests. The rest of the home is fully furnished. Large common areas include LR, DR and Kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Gated property with adequate lighting outside.

The only other person living there will be myself. I am a seasoned adult who lives a very basic and minimal life. I don’t surround myself with a lot of people because more people, more drama. I do have two pooch’s who I love as if they were my children. They have been good to me. They are very loving animals. One is a senior dog who is just chill all the time. The other is still in her toddler stage so I have to provide chew toys so she doesn’t chew on things that aren’t meant for dogs. If you think we would be a good fit please reach out.
