Sky's room

I am looking for a roommate to fill the downstairs bedroom in the two story duplex apartment that I rent. My lease ends July 2024, you could move in ASAP and would sign onto this current lease with me. The room is shown in the first few photos. There is a large and deep cabinet space and a closet. It could fit a full or queen bed comfortably. I currently use the room as storage space and will tidy it up before move in. I had planned to use this extra bedroom as my office/studio, but have decided to rent it to save money. Utilities split two ways would be around ~150/month (electric, gas, water and AT&T for internet service) I occupy the upstairs bedroom and office space. There is a shared bathroom with a stand up shower. I have a young pup who is very friendly and stays in my room when I’m not home.

I’m Sky, I am a 30 year old trans masc artist, and I lecture in Photography at KU. I keep a tidy home and am used to sharing my space with another person. I love coffee, bike rides and taking my pup to the park. I am usually out of town a couple weekends a month. I am still setting up my home and would love to collaborate in shared spaces with a roommate!
