About the Area : This house is right off the mainline strip in Bryn Mawr, PA. Safe and Vibrant area. Close to Bryn Mawr College and Villanova University with a Septa Bus Stop right in front of the property. It is close to many restaurants, bars, shops, and parks in the area with street parking for guest that is free after 6 pm within a two minute walk.

About the House: Ideal for young professionals and graduate students, the house is older with a backyard space for gardening and usage - being gardened by a current tenant. Garage to be shared with a current tenant. Smoking should happen in backyard, smoke free house indoors. You can host family/friends. It has 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of areas for storage. Great Heating and Cat Friendly.

One roomie has the full third floor, though you can use the shower and bathroom there (Two People per Bathroom).

About the Room : Smaller room with 3 windows and Lilac Walls. AC Unit included. Decent Sized Closet. Full/Queen Bed can fit into the room. Tall Ceiling. It comes with full bed frame if needed, and some additional storage options.

Shared : Kitchen. Dining Room. In Basement Laundry. Basement shared with Local Shop.

Communal chores are divided. House meetings every 2-3 months to discuss things. Quiet house where people keep to themselves during week with occasional events per housemate requests/invites.

Ages : 21,25,24. They are seeking similar age : 20-30!

Friendly, clean in common space, considerate and self-sufficient.

One young professional and two graduate students. Light Credit Check (non evictions) if applicable. Housing Reference required by landlord.

LGBTQ+ friendly is a must - accepting of transgender individuals.

One sweet cat on site that you will rarely see. Cats are an additional fee.

All additional bills/utilities are about $100 - $120 a month.
