I have two rooms available for rent in my 3 bedroom home. The common areas are fully furnished and I can provide one bed if desired. I spend the majority of my time in Boulder, but come back to Fort Collins periodically. Essentially you would have a furnished bath house to yourself the majority of the time. Ideally I am looking for one person who would like to rent both rooms, have one as an office and one as their bedroom. Or to two friends or a couple. The blue room is 9.5x10 and pink room is 9.5x11. Recently updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and open concept living area close to shops, parks and CSU. car garage. Fully fenced backyard. Large bathroom with storage closet. Built in storage in garage. Washer and dryer in the garage. Raised garden beds in the front and backyard. The house has multiple wall murals, if you like the murals they can stay otherwise the walls will be painted white. New mini-split installed so house has efficient AC and heating. Pet policy: pets allowed, no breed restrictions. Refundable pet deposit of $200/pet, no pet rent or pet fees. Number and type of pets negotiable. You would be responsible for snow removal and yard maintenance, unless I am in FoCo and then I’ll take care of it. Home has city fiber installed already so you can sign up for Connexion easily if you want, but I average about 400 mbps with Xfinity. There are sprinklers in the front and backyard on a timer, expectation is you will mow lawn - yard equipment can be provided. Renters insurance required. Utilities will be $150/month per room, this includes wifi.

About me: I am years old, work at a NGO in Boulder as a Project Manager. I have a dog and a cat. I like to keep a tidy house and am respectful of working hours and noise levels. I am a ceramicist and painter, as you can tell by the photos, but I plan to move the majority of my art to Boulder so you’ll have a blank space to hang your own stuff. The plants will also be moving.
