Quiet, safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking. There is some storage available in a shed in the back. The garage is a semi-workshop if you like to tinker. The kitchen is smaller but all new (1 yr old) appliances You are welcome to use any of the kitchen gadgets you need/find. All utilities are included. The room can be furnished or not. You will need renter’s insurance, required by the owner.

I am a mature female (55+) who is in the environmental sciences field. I like to go hiking, biking, and volunteering for a few different organizations.
I’m pretty laid back and mostly keep to myself and don’t pry. On the same token, I’m looking for an honest and open housemate who values positive communication.
