roommate and i are currently looking for a replacement for our 3rd roommate who didn’t work out. 3 bedroom house with attic and basement and 1.5 bathrooms. Options for bedrooms are Bigger room - $535 Smaller room - $380 i am currently in the smaller room but if you are interested in the smaller room for the cheaper price i am willing to move. Openly leftist household - would prefer roommate to be leftist minded as well. no trumpies sorry not sorry. will upload pictures of the space asap

you’ll be living with Sage (23) and Logan (37) super chill and easy going, shared chore responsibilities and shared utilities. currently have 4 cats in the house so would prefer if you have 1 cat or an animal that can stay in a cage in your room (lizard,snake,etc) small trained dogs welcome as well. have weekly band practices (usually sundays) so something to keep in mind if you aren’t a fan of noise. reach out so we can meet up and see if it would be a good fit
