Have an extra downstairs room with bathroom. Just don’t be weird please or be in a late night career because I work construction and I’m always up early. Other than that as long as you clean up after yourself I don’t care.

It’s just me and little kids upstairs and my frenchie Archer. I have a small gym in the garage if you’re into fitness . I pretty much just keep to myself but I don’t mind a solid conversation now and then.
