Vaughn Road

We have a home in Ashland City (35 minutes to downtown Nashville) that we live in part-time. We have a second floor we rarely use, approx. 1100sf (2 bd/1ba) We are only renting the one bedroom. The other will be kept as an office/guest room/exercise room (full access). The space is furnished at this time. But we can discuss if you have your own furniture and work that out. We have lots of closets / armoires for storage. From the pictures there’s a common area and that will be your private living room. We have TV’s but they are dumb. So bring your own if you have one. Laundry is on the main level, off the kitchen. We have only 1 parking space available. My husband is a semi-retired musician and is home most days. We have an in-house studio that he works from. The backyard is 11 timber acres…nice for a steep hike. The view from the balcony is amazing. We have a grill/smoker you can use anytime.

Me and my wife live here part-time. We have another home south of Nashville. I’m a semi-retired musician and we have 2 dogs (1-Medium Lab/Pit mix & 1- teacup Yorkie) and 1 orange tabby cat (indoor/outdoor). We will need from time to time a cat sitter. We take the dogs with us usually.
