Hello! I live in a one bedroom apartment and I am renting out the bedroom. I converted the living room space into a bedroom which is where I reside. The apartment is rather spacious for a one bedroom and plenty enough room for two people or three. Everything is negotiable and up for discussion, I am more than happy to work with the right person. I am a 33 year old graphic designer currently going through some life transitions which has landed me in Point Pleasant for the next few years. I’m hoping to find another student and I plan to go back to school for computer animation once everything in my life settles down again. I am quiet and respectful and well I do have my friends over often, we are not too hard to handle. There is a cute little homeless kitty cat that comes by every day, you’ll have to pass his approval.
