Spare room for rent in shared house with one roommate and one medium sized well behaved dog. Upstairs room is unfurnished (pictures show current roommate’s belongings) and is large enough for a queen bed plus dresser, desk, etc. You can choose- either take the second bedroom upstairs (my bedroom and bathroom are next to it), or you can take the finished basement, which has its own separate office, bathroom, and living/bedroom space. The basement is basically your own studio apartment, and we’d only share the backyard, laundry, and kitchen. I’m open to either option!

Looking for someone responsible and kind to finish out the lease until April 2024, at which point we could resign if it works out.

Hey there! I’m Elizabeth. I’m 32 and have a hybrid job in financial services, so I work from home 2-3 days a week. I’m social, but not overbearing. I’m tidy, but not a neat freak. I pick up after myself and just generally want someone to do the same. I’m also open to hiring a house cleaner to come on a semi-regular basis to come clean the common areas if we’re both interested in that; in the past that has been nice to have with roommates so that we can make the most of our free time. I like to be friendly with roommates, but I’m also good if you want to do your own thing. I just want someone who is trustworthy, considerate, and communicative.
