Hiii everyone I have a room available/lease takeover at the wexler, amenities include gym, game room, study rooms, security day and night, pool and dog park it’s only $780 a month this includes all utilities, also free wifi, it’s a shared room and bathroom available asap or when ever you are wanting to move in☺️ it a all female roommate! It’s only 5 mins away from sac state and 5 minutes away from target. All roommates are chill and extremely friendly and clean, I love all my roommates but unfortunately my mom needs help with rent due to sudden family issues so I need to give it up lmk if you are interested! ☺️

All Ronnie’s are in their 20s there is 5 in total that includes you! They are all busy with school your roommate leaves Friday night and gets back Monday meaning you get the room to yourself on weekends, they are all clean and respectful we always have movie nights and chill get together nights
