Details: Short-term lease option available. Room measures 11’8“x12’5“, and features wood laminate flooring, a ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. Private, ¾ bathroom en suite, with original, 1960’s tile, and etched swan design on sliding shower doors.

$950/mo. Furnished or unfurnished. Internet included. Shared electric, gas, & water. *Furnished option includes: Twin trundle bed, desk w/ chair, rug, and dresser (not pictured). Rug and linens for the bathroom. Bookcase optional

$400 deposit ($300 refundable), valid ID, and emergency contact & phone number required. Proof of Renter’s insurance required.

This is a drug-free, smoke free, pet free home. Must respect shared spaces and keep common areas clean. Applicants up for board game nights preferred.
