Hello, new home, 4 bedroom, 2 bath,(the extra room has a washer and dryer available). Shared kitchen and living space with homeowner. You will have your own bathroom. 35 min from Roseville, 20 min from Yuba city/ Marysville. New development around Plumas lake. Fairly quiet and safe neighborhood. 35 min from Collins lake,(great place to camp & fish) 10min from Hard Rock casino. And 15 min from the new Costco. Its a Clean household, I respect each other’s space and property. Im Very easy to get along with. Will need employment verification, and paystubs.

I work in retail, spend most of my time at work. Including weekends. When i have free time i spend it with my 2 little nieces. They are active in sports. I’ll probably be out at the park or a game with them. It’s just me, looking to rent one room out. The other 2 rooms are guest rooms. Not planning on renting them out. The room has 2 nightstands, and a queen size bed. Your welcome to add furniture to it.
