I am a Tattoo Artist in Jacksonville and a USMC Veteran. I own this house and I am currently working to complete house projects on my days off. I currently go between two living locations. I visit the home a couple of times a week. I live alone and have a dog, but she stays at the other location currently, she is a lab, really friendly with all animals and children. I will be looking for one more roommate after this room has been rented and will take their preferences into consideration when looking for the next roommate. I am a relatively tidy and clean person. I like to keep the common areas tidy and clean to be able to invite company over whenever. I personally do not mind how your room is, but if I can smell it beyond the door, there will be a conversation. I am open to other animals living on the property but would prefer being able to get to know them before I commit to them staying. I am a night owl, but I do respect other people’s sleep/work schedule. I am big on communication and want a peaceful relationship with my roommate.
