Rhys's room

Hello, we’re looking for someone to join on our lease renewal for a 6 month term in Sunnyvale near fair oaks park. The house is a new build town house with 4 bed rooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. There is in unit washer/dryer and a large open plan kitchen living space. The available room is maybe 10ft x 10 ft and has a built in closet space. The room can fit a double bed and desk. The bathroom for this room is shared with one other person (male). Bills are ~$50-70 per month Please only reach out if interested for the full six months – landlord doesn’t allow smaller subletting.

The current house mates are we’re two guys and one girl aged 24-27. We all work in tech, me in the energy sector and then the others in VR/chip design. We live mostly independent lives but hang out together occasionally.
