The Rent Room has its own closet, it’s located right next to the shared bathroom. The room next to yours is another female and the owner lives across hallway. The bed is a twin up top and a full on the bottom, you get both beds! Access to all common areas and amenities. More info at request.

There is two adults living in the house. Owner is an adult male mid 30s and the other renter a younger Female (Been renting for 10 months+). Both work day shift jobs. Shared bathroom would be for the Females. A contract with rules will be given, we are pretty laid back. There is one house cat.
