Patricio's room

This is a 144 square foot master bedroom room that has its own bathroom including ample closet space. The rent for this room is $1400 including utilities so long as you do not needlessly use an excess amount of electricity eg. leaving fans or heaters on when you are not in the household.

This rental includes access to the room/bathroom, kitchen, garage fridge and living room. We are looking for a 6-month lease with a possibility to become a month to month lease or renewing for another 6 months after.

The room is unfurnished so feel free to bring your own furniture. You will pay $1400 per month In terms of separate public spaces we have 2 cabinets with plenty of space for you to store any dishes/appliances and you will have access to our stove, microwave, and garage refrigerator, and there is a laundromat nearby.

There is ample space to park on the streets and this is a quiet neighborhood. This location is also close to a Walmart, Target, Crunch Fitness, Vons and CVS. This household has children and people with asthma so smokers need not apply. This household is rather spacious and currently houses 6 people, however we all tend to be rather quiet. There are 2 people who currently perform office work from home most days of the week with occasional visits to their nearby office.

We are open to pets such as lizards or fish but cannot currently house dogs, cats or other animals that may roam about the household. We also ask that you provide 1st month’s rent before moving in as well as a deposit equal to 1.5 month’s rent. You must provide proof of income within the past 2 months, 2 references, and a full background check will be ran at the applicant’s expense and is non refundable. We are not looking to rent to couples or more than one person as such we will not read through such applications.

There is currently a moderately sized family that lives here. There are some adults that work on the computer from home. There is enough space for all of us to live comfortably.
