I’m looking to sublet one bedroom/ one bathroom in a two bedroom apartment in Southie (Fort Point area) with a lease ending in September of 2024. Rent includes ONE GARAGE PARKING SPOT. The apartment is located with a second entryway on Athens Street, and the main entrance is at mouth of Southie when leaving Seaport (top of A Street). Located one block away from the Broadway T stop and a 2 minute drive from I-93. Also worth noting it’s just a a one minute walk to a upscale/ inexpensive gym (True Fitness Southie). Shared access to an open layout living room/ kitchen with modern and updated appliances (see photos). Room comes with spacious closet with ample room for hanging/ dresser. Lastly, the room comes with its own bathroom and seperate hallway entry.

I am specifically looking to fill this space with another FEMALE TENANT, as I currently live with a female (age 24). Very cleanly and respectful, also travels for work often so is out of town frequently. One last thing worth mentioning is that we are located in the 2nd unit which only requires a half flight of stairs to reach (made my move in/ out process significantly less stressful) with access from Athens St entry.
