I’m graduating and need someone to take over my lease in a 2bed/2br at The Polos on Williston Road. Rent is $770/month and utilities+internet are $60-$100. Washer/dryer unit, microwave, fridge, toaster. Multiple pools, gym, mail room. 20-minute bus ride from campus. Pets are allowed, but there is a fee.

January move-in is preferred, but negotiable. The lease can be renewed in July. Message for apartment pictures or a tour. I’d be happy to tour over Zoom, too!

You’d be sharing the apartment with a really amazing roommate - quiet, kind, and responsible. She’s a PhD student, so we’re looking for someone who can maintain a calm environment. Other women are preferred, but male grad students will also be considered.
