Recently updated four-bedroom, 3 full bathroom farmhouse on approximately 2 acres. All utilities will be included as well as access to the streaming services I have set up for multiple devices. Room is currently furnished with a queen size bed, nightstand and a dresser is available, if you prefer your own furniture these items can be easily removed. The room has a sizeable closet as well as. Propane grill and fire table on property for use as well as an area for bonfires. Several outbuildings for storage if needed. If you smoke cigarettes, it will have to be outside. I don’t mind vaping indoors, just no cigarettes.

I currently live alone with one dog; he is a lab mix and is pretty low key. I work full time and usually leave the house around 630-7 am and return around 530-630 pm. I have two elementary school children that spend summers with me as well as school vacations. They have their own rooms, but I do have a fair number of toys and kid things in the house. I don’t have many guests/parties and like to keep things low-key, but definitely open to discussion if this is something that is important to you.
