I have 2 rooms available in a 4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. Parkland near sawgrass expressway and University drive. One room is a 13 x 13 for a &1,000 a month Has a walk in closet. can be furnished or unfurnished The room holds a Queen size bed comfortably.
the other room is 17 x 20 with a sofa in a sitting area for $1500 a month, Also has a walk in closet. no smoking, pets or overnight guests.
