I live in the Avalon, an apartment building located directly in the center of Towson, and a 20 minute walk from the Towson campus. While I currently have a 1 bedroom, I am interested in transferring to a two bedroom in early November, as it is only a few hundred more a month and would give me the possibility of having a roommate.

My name is Hannah, and I am a film student at Towson University. I am a quiet, private person, and I don’t smoke or drink (smoking is prohibited at the Avalon.) I have all of the furniture one could need, with the exception of an extra bed/bedding/mattress and a couple other small personal items. I have two cats, both quite young, and wouldn’t have an issue with a roommate with cats as long as it was alright with my building (dogs are a no, unless special exception.) Would prefer a female or LGBT roommate, just my preference.
