Tidal Pond Road

Hello! I am renting the master bedroom with private bathroom to a single person (no couples please) in this beautiful and centrally located house right off 19 and 54; all bills are included, parking available, access to kitchen and laundry, safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is shared, so I am looking for someone that is respectful when sharing communal spaces. Smoking inside the house/room is not allowed (this is a big one, please do it outside on the patio). Pets may be considered if it’s a good fit. No long-term contract required, but I will need proof of employment and a background check ($30). Please reach out to me with any questions. Roomies are 3 in total. My daughter, she is easy to get along with. A couple that lives in the back-end bedroom, they keep to themselves but are also friendly. I do not live at the house.
