Tina's room

I am a homeowner with 2 bedrooms upstairs that are furnished for rent. I am willing to negotiate the rent for help with yard work and other minor home repairs. All household bills are included with the exception of WiFi. Both rooms are furnished, larger has a bed, couch and chair with a 40“ television. The smaller room has a bed and I may be able to provide a smaller television upon request.

There are no shared spaces as I am a very private person but there is plenty of room upstairs to make a little apartment style living and for this I have provided a mini fridge and some small appliances. Once I get to know you, we can negotiate other areas of the home. I had a bad experience with my first attempt at renting my rooms out, food was stolen among other things along with failure to pay rent which put me in a huge bind. I have had friends living in my upstairs until this month when they were able to get their own place. This is my second attempt at renting to strangers so please be patient as I navigate this new normal.

I do have a high prey drive Husky so I would not rent to any small dogs. He has lived with my cat and my ex roommates cat without issue. For some reason small dogs are a trigger for him. If you have a dog, we can for sure keep them apart by using a baby gate in the hall to the bathroom and tenants can use the backyard while my boy uses the front.

Plenty of private parking available as well.
